Since joining the team at eresidential at the beginning of 2024, real estate sales agent Gus Holden has quickly become a familiar and trusted face in the Regents Park community. With his approachable nature and a deep-rooted commitment to service, Gus is proving that buying and selling property can be a positive and rewarding experience.
“I’ve always been drawn to careers built on genuine relationships,” Gus explains. “Real estate gives me the chance to meet people from all walks of life, and help them through one of the biggest decisions of their lives.”
Living and working locally, Gus is quick to sing the praises of the area. “There’s just something special about Regents Park,” he says. “The green spaces, the amazing people—and I can’t go past a coffee and almond croissant from Patrick’s Bakery!”
Gus’s commitment extends far beyond property transactions. Through eresidential, he supports a range of community initiatives, including the Thai and Indonesian communities in Logan. The team contributes to KICA, a charity supporting education for underprivileged children in Indonesia, and actively participates in cultural events such as the Thai Songkran Festival. They’re also long-time supporters of the Rotary Clubs of Beenleigh and Sunnybank, the Beenleigh Cane Parade, the Indoz business council, and the CEO Sleepout for St Vincent de Paul.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Gus outdoors—surfing, cycling, or enjoying a beachside BBQ with mates.
At the heart of Gus’s work is a clear mission: to challenge the negative stereotypes often associated with real estate agents. “Our motto at eresidential is ‘Honesty, Integrity, Family’—and that’s what I live by,” he says. “Every transaction is more than a sale; it’s about being a steady guide during a life-changing moment.”
In a world where trust matters more than ever, Gus Holden is helping to raise the bar—one client, one connection, one honest conversation at a time.
