French Lamb Casserole

Serves 4 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 kg lamb forequarter chops trimmed
  • 35g packet French onion soup
  • 410g can crushed tomatoes
  • 8 baby carrots trimmed

Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients in the slow cooker.
  2. Season with cracked pepper and stir to combine.
  3. Cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the meat is fork tender and melting off the bone.

Recipe Notes

Tip: Serve this delicious casserole with a classic mashed potato  and green beans.

 

White Choc & Strawberry Pudding

Serves 4 serves

Ingredients

  • 4 croissants coarsely torn
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 120 grams white chocolate coarsely chopped
  • 500 grams premium custard

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180C. Lightly grease a shallow baking dish with butter.
  2. Spread the torn croissants with jam and arrange in the dish. Sprinkle with white chocolate and custard.
  3. Bake until the top is golden and the custard heated through, 20 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before serving.
